The company provide safe, reliable and friendly transportation to our valued customers between Ferndale and Sea-Tac Airport . An average shift for this position is 8 hours but the shift can be anywhere from 8- 10 hours.

Training for the position of Airporter Shuttle Driver consists of classroom and hands on training. Drivers will be trained to operate mini-buses and motor coaches. All vehicles are equipped with automatic transmissions. Trainees generally drive 3 to 4 training trips to Sea-Tac Airport with a senior driver. However, training time is directly associated with each individual employee’s needs.

Training Wage is $20.00 per hour. Once training is complete, the wage rate begins at $22.00 per hour plus tips. Tiered increases apply at every 2500 worked hours, up to $22.75 per hour plus tips, with satisfactory driving evaluations. Driver safety performance bonuses available quarterly at $0.50 per hour worked. PTO is offered upon satisfactory completion of introductory period. Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits available after a year of continuous service in a full-time position.

Essential Functions:

• Must have a CDL class A, B
• A passenger endorsement is preferred; will train the right applicant
• Current DOT physical
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be able to enter & exit the bus with ease

Experience:

• 6 months to 1 year preferred
• Professional, clean, neat appearance
• Must 25 years or older
