Charter Driver – YAKIMA

Come join the Bellair Charters / Airporter Shuttle driving team as a Charter Driver based out of Yakima, WA. This position will have a Central Washington University (CWU) charter driving focus. Reliable charter drivers are responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations. If you have experience in charter driving, delivery driving, motor coach operation, or similar roles, you are encouraged to apply.

This is a driving job best suited for those who enjoy various hours, love seeing new country side, and enjoy schedule flexibility. Charter trips include ski buses to the mountains, rides to sporting events, cruise ship shuttles and much more. Each day can be a new adventure!

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

• Training $20.00 per hour; Solo $23.50 per hour
• Safety / Performance bonus $0.50 per hour

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE?

• CDL B w/ passenger endorsement, preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Clean background
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug test, this is a safety sensitive position
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• A results driven work ethic

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Follow a checklist to inspect your vehicle before and after driving.
• Work consistent, full-time hours with the ability for overtime hours.
• Safely load and unload passengers and their luggage; up to 55 lbs.
• Interact with Bellair Charters customers, including CWU staff and students.
• Understand and follow safe driving guidelines and practices.
