Greyhound Customer Service Representative (CSR)

POSITION: Greyhound Customer Service Representative (CSR)

LOCATION: Seattle Greyhound Bus Station: 503 S Royal Brougham Street Seattle, WA

• NOTE: The location a short 2 minute walk from the Seattle Light Rail Stadium Station.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

• 06:45 am to 2:30 pm; includes a 30 minute lunch break
• 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm; includes a 30 minute lunch break
• NOTE: Multiple CSR team members staff the desk Sundays thru Saturdays.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Respond to customer emails.
• Greeting customers who walk into the office.
• Work as part of a team to grow and improve the business.
• Assist with taking Greyhound reservations, taking care of any walk in customers.
• Janitorial cleaning in restrooms and cleaning up the office .
• Making reservation changes for passengers.
• Selling tickets to walk in passengers.
• Ensuring that the passengers are getting to their correct buses on time.

Bellair Charters / Airporter Shuttle is a bustling company with multiple things going on at one time. Being able to focus on tasks in the midst of distractions, handle stress well, and work together as a team to problem solve and provide excellent customer service is a must.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Attention to details.
• Professional attitude and attire at all times.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Ability to handle information confidentially.
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and upbeat personality.
• Willing to work weekends.

COMPENSATION: $20.76 hourly; $19.00 hourly during training

• Raises are based on skills acquired and demonstrated rather than hours worked, or seniority.
• With the potential for raises and bonuses for good work as well as the ability to move up in the company and increases one’s wages.
• The company contributes 75% of all healthcare benefits after a 60-day probationary period for full-time employees who average 30 hours.Health Insurance
