POSITION:  Yakima Ellensburg Commuter Driver

ABOUT THE JOB: 

We are in search of a dedicated Yakima Ellensburg Commuter Driver to join the growing transportation team in Ellensburg, WA. As a commuter driver, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting passengers between Ellensburge and Yakima a on a fixed, daily route. If you have experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, motor coach operation, or similar roles, you are invited to apply!

POSITION DETAILS:

• Afternoons – 6 hours per shift
  • Mondays – Thursdays: 12:00 pm – 6 :00 pm
  • Friday Split Shift:  6:00 am to 8:30 am plus 12:30 pm to 7:00 pm
• Fixed Schedule, Mondays thru Fridays
• Most mornings free and home every evening!

WHAT’S IN IT FOR  YOU:

• Wage – $24.50 per hour; training wage – $20 per hour
• Performance Safety Bonus: $0.50 per hour, paid quarterly

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• CDL B w/ passenger endorsement preferred, but not required
• Clean Background and Driving Record
• Ability to Pass a DOT Drug Test (This is a safety-sensitive position)
• Current DOT Physical
• Independently motivated, but also works well with a team
• Results driven work ethic

ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS:

• Conduct thorough pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Work consistent full-time hours with potential overtime
• Adhere to safe driving guidelines and practices
