POSITION:  Yakima Ellensburg Commuter Driver

ABOUT THE JOB: 

We are in search of a dedicated Yakima Ellensburg Commuter Driver to join the growing transportation team in Ellensburg, WA. As a commuter driver, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting passengers between Ellensburg and Yakima a on a fixed, daily route. If you have experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, motor coach operation, or similar roles, you are invited to apply!

POSITION DETAILS:

• Work day starts and finishes in Yakima, WA
  • Location: 2518 S. 21st Ave.
• Split Shift: 05:15 am to 9:15 am / 12:15 pm to 07:15 pm
• Fixed Schedule, Mondays thru Fridays

• Wage – $24.50 per hour; training wage – $20 per hour

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• CDL B w/ passenger endorsement preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Clean Background and Driving Record
• Ability to Pass a DOT Drug Test (This is a safety-sensitive position)
• Current DOT Physical
• Independently motivated, but also works well with a team
• Results driven work ethic

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Follow a checklist to inspect your vehicle before and after driving.
• Work consistent, full-time hours with the ability for overtime hours.
• Safely load and unload passengers; lift luggage up to 55 lbs.
• Friendly interact with passengers.
• Understand and follow safe driving guidelines and practices.
